The HR Manager will take responsibility for shaping the HR strategy at Genius Sports which is about to embark on a new phase of exciting growth.  It is pivotal to the success of the company to introduce forward-thinking and rigorous HR frameworks across the expanding business.

The role will be based in the London head office but will oversee HR across all the Genius Sports offices, including Tallinn, Estonia (250+ employees) and a future office in South America.  The successful candidate will require the autonomy to design and drive new initiatives and regularly report to the senior management with updates on the progress of company-wide recruitment and HR.


    • Implement and continuously improve company policies and HR processes
    • Manage HR across various overseas offices, in different jurisdictions with a variety of cultural backgrounds
    • Produce HR analysis: have a good knowledge of HR systems and previous experience of implementing and utilising them
    • Oversee employment law and regulatory compliance and ensure international employment practices are met
    • Manage policy development, documentation, and implementation
    • Run annual pay reviews, performance reviews and general employee performance strategy
    • Manage general day to day HR and administration and ensure all areas are completed with absolute precision and completeness


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Full CIPD qualification, and education to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong Generalist HR skills
  • Ability to manage the necessary HR administration with meticulous attention to detail.  Hands on approach to ensuring all documentation is complete,  up to date and professionally delivered
  • Previous experience or an interest in understanding and complying with international employment law across different jurisdictions
  • A track record in delivering successful change initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present compellingly to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice
  • Previous experience in coordinating HR procedures throughout corporate M&A activity desirable
