Based in the US but with a global remit, you will be responsible for driving our business development effort, delivering on new client deals and up-selling revenue from the international sports betting industry. You will be responsible for developing and managing a sales team locally and for hitting a target based on turnover and profit. As the Head of Business Development you will own full P&L responsibility across all products.


  • Day to day management of the sales team
  • Identify when to recruit new hires and action
  • Train new hires and ongoing mentoring of sales team
  • Monitor progress of proposals, plans and objectives
  • Most senior team member for negotiation of biggest deals
  • Regular reporting back to senior management at London HQ
  • Set sales tactics and strategy
  • Feedback to the product development process
  • Identify key market trends, changing client requirements and competitor activity


  • At least five years sales experience and two years in managing a sales team.
  • Excellent sales skills – proven ability to sell at C-level
  • Experience of the sports betting industry and an understanding of trading is desirable but not fundamental
  • A real ‘can do, will do’ attitude. Does not recognise boundaries and thrives in an environment of opportunity, confidence and hunger for growth
  • Continually exceeds targets
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail and quality
  • Proven ability to problem solve, and drive issues through to a timely resolution
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in the US
