How to Become a Registered Vendor with Genius

In order to provide goods and services to Genius entities, vendors need to complete the registration process in advance of delivering any goods or services or issuing invoices. The request to add a new vendor is initiated by an Genius Requester who completes the initial questionnaire with information about the vendor.

Next, the vendor will be asked to log into the Genius Vendor Portal (OneTrust) and complete an assessment. The Genius Vendor Portal registration link is sent to the email address provided by the Genius Requester as the vendor’s contact email.

Once the requisite information has been provided and approved, the vendor will be asked to complete registration onto our finance system by our Finance Department. You need to attach relevant documentation confirming your Company address, Tax/VAT registration information and bank details. A detailed list of documentation required locally is included in the Vendor Payment Registration Form. These are the bank details that will be used for invoicing.

Please refer to the Quick Reference Guide for detailed instruction on your registration steps. In case of any questions or additional support required, contact procurement@geniussports.com

Our Commitment to Sustainable, Responsible & Ethical Sourcing

Genius looks for partnerships based on responsible sourcing to strengthen our supply chains and the businesses within it.

Our Responsible & Ethical Sourcing Policy forms a part of your contract for goods or services with Genius Sports Group or any of its affiliates.   This Policy sets out a very minimum standard and we encourage all suppliers and business partners to exceed the standards set out in this policy and to strive for continued improvements in labour standards.

Our Sustainable Procurement Statement aids ‘best practice’ procurement decisions and processes which:

  • Minimise the demand for resources
  • Minimise negative impacts
  • Respect ethical standards
  • Promote diversity and equality

Our Modern Slavery Statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain.

Reporting a Concern

Genius takes protecting its colleagues, vendors and stakeholders very seriously, and aims to conduct its business with the highest standards of integrity and transparency at all times. However, there may be occasions where we face the risk of, or we are unaware of, malpractice taking place. We therefore include an External Whistleblowing Portal for suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and their employees for the reporting of potential malpractice, health and safety issues, unethical practices or criminal practices, including Modern Slavery and failure to comply with national legal standards.
